Relocation or fix the new building?
After a survey to all faculty, students, Alumni and parents the majority have asked that we continue our focus on restoring the existing building rather than relocating. We have not eliminated relocating as an option, however our focus will be on staying at the current site.
- A group of 10 people (Katt Construction, PTSA Members, Jeff Coe, A
student and two teachers) toured Zahn's and we are researched the
feasibility of this as an Option. The Racine Mayor has asked us NOT to pursue this as an option and indicated has has plans for that building. The DRC was also less than receptive about converting a retail space into a school.
- The US Postal Office on Main Street is a potential alternative site.
- St. Cats may possibly relocate out of the inner city. They will make
that building available to us as an option if this becomes a reality
